To get music on your blog, you can go to either http://www.playlist.com or http://www.imeem.com, both are free but you have to create an account. imeem is easier when it is your first time. Set up your play list by searching for the songs that you want, and once you are done adding all of your songs, you get the code for blogger from their site, go to customize and on your dashboard, click on settings. Select add a page element, and select HTML/Java script. Then just paste the code from the site and save. Let me know if that wasn't confusing enough!
